Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about mood tracking, SOS mode, community features, and getting help.
Calmspire is a mental wellness platform for adults and older teens who want to understand their emotions, build healthier habits, and access support when they need it. The app includes mood tracking and insights, guided journaling, self-care tools, moderated peer support, and advocate features. It is designed to complement—not replace—professional care.
Need urgent support?
Calmspire is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, contact local emergency services. In the UK you can reach Samaritans (116 123) or NHS mental health services. SOS mode in the app is for urgent emotional support within Calmspire when advocates are available—it does not replace crisis lines.
